Home visits are available for our housebound patients or occasionally for patients who are so unwell that they cannot travel to the practice.

Most patients can and should attend the practice to see us, particularly unwell children. Our equipment and staffing levels at the practice mean this is usually the safest place for you or your child to be assessed.

If you think that you or someone else needs a home visit, please contact the practice  on 020 3538 0882 before 10:00. A doctor or nurse will return your call to discuss the visit request and make appropriate arrangements so please make sure you give us a telephone number to contact you.
